Delivery

We offer professional delivery within a 70-mile radius of our store location, 106 Peckhart Ct. Auburn, IN. This is an additional cost of $99 and includes our deluxe service of basic set-up and assembly, taking your item in your home, and basic hook-up/set-up. Installation services for built-in appliances and haul-away services for old items both sold separately. . Have questions? Free Delivery On Appliances $699 Or More! We're proud to offer free, in-box delivery, dropped inside your garage or on the front porch, for any appliance $699 or more. We do offer Freestanding Appliance Installation for a fee of $50, which includes unboxing and deluxing of your freestanding appliance, taking it in your home, and completing basic set-up/hook-up. Built-in appliances that require installation may incur additional costs.

In-Store Pick Up

In-Store Pick Up

All products are eligible for free in-store pick up during normal hours of operation. You will need to arrange your pick-up at least 24 hours in advance of your desired date and time to ensure our warehouse team can have your items ready, as some of our items are stored in off-site warehouses. You can schedule this directly with your Sales Person at the time of purchase for in-stock items, or with our Customer Service department upon notifying you that your order has arrived. For items that need picked up the same day, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Installation

Our team of professionals can install every appliance we sell with expertise, care, and precision. Installation costs vary by appliance and will show as an Add-On on the product page on our website. We stand behind our brands, and proudly service everything we sell, with our own in-house, professionally trained, and certified technicians. Should you require service on your products after purchasing, we will work directly with the manufacturer to handle the warranty claim on your behalf. No shopping out to third-parties or dialing an 800 number.

Haul Away

We will haul away your furniture, appliances, and mattress from your home for an affordable fee when a replacement product is delivered by our team. Then we will make sure it is properly and safely recycled.
