Any product purchased that is not in stock at the time of sale is considered a special order. Special orders are non-cancellable. If your special order does not fit due to inefficient space in your home, there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee from the manufacturer. Defective/Damaged Products. Most of our products include a one year, parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon delivery, notify Van's Home Center within 24 hours of receiving your product. If you notice the defect after 24 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product`s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.

In Stock Merchandise Quantities are limited on In Stock items, and sell quickly.
