Tile & Stone Installation
Rest assured, if your tile or stone flooring is purchased at Van's, your installation will be handled by a professional installation crew. Our tile floor installers average over 20 years of experience. The installation process will begin with Van's sending a flooring specialist to your home to measure your rooms to minimize material waste and to determine proper direction and alignment.
On the day of installation, please have all furniture and breakables removed from the rooms getting tile or stone flooring. Our installers will be happy to move your furniture if specified at the time of measure. We will remove and dispose of your old flooring, sweep and prep the sub floor and install your new tile flooring according to best practices and industry standards. The room will be swept and debris removed.

- The surface of tiel or stone should be vacuumed or dust mopped frequently to remove abrasive agents from the surface.
- Only use cleaners specifically designed for tile or stone floors.
- Use of neutral pH cleaners that will not affect the existing sealers or wax-type coatings is recommended.
- Wet the stone or tile prior to using cleaning solutions to keep the cleaning solution on the surface so it can be most effective.
